Proper Fraction :
- A proper fraction is a number representing part of a whole.
- In a proper fraction the denominator shows the number of parts into which the whole is divided and the numerator shows the
number of parts we have taken out.
- In a proper fraction the numeratoris always less than the denominator.
- On a number line, all these fractions lie to the left of 1as they are less than 1.For Examples
